چکیده
Despite the fact that a number of therapeutic modalities have shown promise in treatment spinal cord injury (SCI), focusing solely on one aspect recovery will not lead to successful and useful regeneration people. The current study targets an integrated approach neuroprotection rehabilitation strategies treat injury, increasing nerve functional through sensorimotor training cell transplantation. Sun et al., 2022 investigated synergistic effect exercise bone marrow mesenchymal stem transplantation which could promote active mice model thoracic contusive injury.

Improvement of Spinal Cord Injury in Rat Model via Transplantation of Neural Stem Cells Derived From Bone Marrow
Abstract Background & Aims: Cell therapy is among the novel therapeutic methods effective in the treatment of spinal cord injuries. The aim of the present study was using neural stem cells (NSCs) in treating contusion spinal cord injury in rat model. Methods: Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were isolated from adult rats...
متن کاملImpacts of Bone Marrow Stem Cells on Caspase-3 Levels after Spinal Cord Injury in Mice
Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a drastic disability that leads to spinal cord impairment. This study sought to determine the effects of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) on caspase-3 levels after acute SCI in mice. Forty-two mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: control (2 subcategories), subjected to no intervention; sham (3 subcategories), subjected to acute SCI; and experimental (2 subcategori...

متن کاملFate of Transplanted Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Following Spinal Cord Injury in Rats by Transplantation Routes
This research was performed to investigate the differences of the transplanted cells' survival and differentiation, and its efficacy according to the delivery routes following spinal cord injury. Allogenic mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were transplanted intravenously (IV group) or intralesionally (IL group) at post-injury 1 day in rats. Behavioral improvement, engraftment and differentiation of...
